Responsible for all Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) documentation preparation and finalization.
Counsel students and parents on GTE requirements of various universities and colleges.
Assist students in gathering and organizing necessary documents for the GTE requirement.
Facilitate clients in preparing GTE statements and GTE-relevant documentation.
Conduct face-to-face consultations with prospective students and their parents.
Prepare students for visa interviews and other interviews as required by universities.
Correspond independently with stakeholders such as schools, colleges, universities, and immigration offices.
Book dates for medical and biometric appointments as required for the countries.
Create invoices for tuition fee payments and provide accurate instructions regarding payment to students.
Guide students on CV and Statement of Purpose (SOP) preparation.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Additional certifications in marketing or management will be an added advantage.
Thorough understanding of visa regulations and requirements, particularly the GTE process for countries like Australia, Canada, and others.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Nepali market.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software applications and databases.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Sensitivity to cultural differences and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.
