• Safely transport packages from the designated branch to their respective destinations using company-provided vehicles (bicycles, motorcycles, or other delivery vehicles).
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently, adhering to traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss during transit, ensuring that deliveries reach customers in pristine condition.
• Maintain accurate records of delivered packages and obtain signatures or confirmations from recipients as required.
• Daily report to the branch in charge regarding daily package delivered and package handled.

 2. Customer Service:

• Provide courteous and professional service to customers at all times, delivering packages with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Represent the company in a positive light, building rapport with customers and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service.

   3. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as refueling, cleaning, and basic repairs, to keep delivery vehicles in optimal condition for safe and reliable operation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
