Help with the job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checking, and interviewing processes involved with recruitment.
In addition to making sure all required documentation is done correctly and on time, organize orientations for new hires.
Retain personnel records, and when personal information or employment status changes, update HR databases.
Assist in managing benefit plans for employees and respond to questions from staff members about eligibility, coverage, and claims.
Assist HR Manager in planning employee training and development activities, including making appointment schedules, keeping attendance records, and gathering employee input.
