• Good experience in counselling for Student (Overseas Education).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
• Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required for an education counselor to have to be good at the job.
• Understand the students profile and provide them with the best program possibilities and other career advice suitable for them.
• Help the students find the best university having worldwide recognition and offering excellent education.
• Identifying the skills, interests and career goals of the students.
• Solving the queries of students (walk-ins as well as telephonic).
• Get first-hand information on program updates, new programs, new admissions policies, deadlines, etc.
• Visit Colleges for Seminars & presentations as and when required.
• Self-learning and development of product knowledge for providing valuable services to students.
• Patience should be a virtue worn at all times by individuals who work as education counselors.

• TITI training is must.
• Need an ability to learn quickly and an enthusiastic personality is vital as is the ability to work as a team player.
• Liaison with University, Schools, and college
• Organise events & Seminars
• Undertake Institutional sales
• Calling & Counselling Students
• Organise their application, Interviews, Fees Submissions & Campus Visits.

• Bachelors Degree.
