•Lead and perform the installation, termination, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cables to ensure the efficient functioning of the ISP's network infrastructure. 

•Diagnose and resolve fiber optic network issues promptly, coordinating with other technical 

  teams and escalating complex problems when necessary to ensue minimal service disruptions. 

•Ensure the quality and reliability of fiber optic installations and repairs, adhering to industry 

  standards and company guidelines to maintain high levels of network performance and 

   customer satisfaction. 

•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. 

•Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute fiber optic network 

 expansion projects. 

•Maintain accurate records of fiber optic installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. 

•Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all fiber optic activities. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing techniques. 
• lStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a 
• team of technicians to achieve departmental goals.
