- Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all visitors who visit the stall.
- Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
- Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
- Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
- Distribution of brochures and pamphlets.
- Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in job description.
- Keep detailed records of inquirer visitors and booking customers.
- Report on a regular basis to the assigned reporting person
Job Specification
- Intermediate Qualification
- Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations.
- Good communication skills
- Ready to travel.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and handle all customer related issues/conflict.
- Excellent organizing skill.
