We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telesales and Service Executives for a US-based Company. As a Telesales and Service Executive, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products and services to potential customers.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues. 
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Job Location: Satdobato, Lalitpur, Nepal
Shift: 8 Hrs Night Shift Starts 6 pm Everyday
WorkDays: Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English. Applicants with a better accent will be given priority in hiring and pay scale.
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. 
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
• A Minimum of High school diploma education level is required.
