Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain customer service standards, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages.
  • Manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage and maintain service standards during peak hours.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and professionally resolve issues.
