Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, including front and back-of-house management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff at all levels, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of team performance.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and improve operational processes.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting, to ensure the restaurant meets its financial targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and overall guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff, ensuring that all employees are adequately trained and motivated to perform at their best.
• Manage inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing wastage.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns and events that drive customer traffic.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive reputation.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee all operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create and execute business strategies that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve overall operational efficiency.|

• Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, P&L statements, and cost control.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

Experience Required:1 to 2  years in restaurant or hospitality management
