• Assess students' English language proficiency levels and learning needs through diagnostic tests, interviews, and ongoing assessments.

• Provide guidance and support to students on exam registration, test preparation tips, and resources for self-study.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, and communicate with students and stakeholders as needed.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Instructor to join our team. The IELTS Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation courses to help students improve their English language skills and achieve their desired scores on the IELTS exam. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, expertise in IELTS test format and strategies, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

• Bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or English for academic purposes (EAP), preferably with a focus on IELTS preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS test format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students and accommodate varying learning styles and abilities.
• Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning tools and resources for English language teaching and learning.

• Certification in teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL), teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL), or equivalent.
• Experience living or teaching English in an English-speaking country or multicultural environment.
• Experience developing curriculum and assessment materials for English language courses, particularly for IELTS preparation.
• Knowledge of other languages spoken by students in the local community.
