We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will support the smooth operation of daily business activities, assist with process management, and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to various departments.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking
stock, organizing storage, and coordinating restocks. Regularly check stock levels
and update inventory records.
• Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and
timely dispatch. Liaise with logistics partners for smooth delivery.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in coordinating with suppliers and
manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of materials and products.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to
ensure they meet HUBA’s standards.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team,
including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent
customer service and escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales,
and customer service, to ensure cohesive operations.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and other operational
data using Microsoft Excel.
• Operation Field Work: Should be able to go to market for purchasing the demands
made for the Operation Team
