Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Reception Duties:

    • Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor as they enter the reception area.
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
    • Managed the reception desk, including answering phone calls, and emails, and directing visitors as needed.
  • Sales Management:

    • Promote and sell company products or services to visitors and potential customers.
    • Track and manage sales leads generated from reception interactions and follow-up to convert them into actual sales.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
    • Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
    • Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation for review by management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
    • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Team Coordination:

    • Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory & Product Management:

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are adequately stocked and displayed.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Marketing Support:

    • Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
    • Collect customer feedback and provide insights for improving marketing strategies.
