Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Attract potential customers by answering product queries and recommending additional products.
    • Maintain customer records by updating transactional information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Techniques and Expertise:

    • Utilize proper sales techniques to effectively close deals.
    • Provide detailed product information and educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Problem Solving and Escalation:

    • Timely escalate problems to higher departments and managers for resolution.
    • Educate team members about issues that occur and take appropriate action after discussions.
  • Task Management and Coordination:

    • Receive and prioritize tasks handed over by other shifts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
    • Coordinate with the overall team department to achieve common goals.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Responsible for maintaining the defined KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of the department.
    • Prepare daily product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Education description

Education Qualification: +2 completed or bachelor's degree in a related field or high school diploma

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
