Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales and Business Development: 
  • Identify and target potential customers in the bakery industry. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 
  • present and promote company products to new and existing customers. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. 
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer

Job Summary: 
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of bakery products, including whipping cream, 
toppings, and other related items. The role involves developing relationships with bakeries, cafes, 
restaurants, and other potential customers, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets. They 
are also responsible for developing distributor channels (To Create Dealer Points) in their area to ensure free 
float of distribution.

Education description

Qualifications: 

  • ∙Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • ∙Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or bakery industry. 
  • ∙Strong understanding of bakery products like whipping cream, toppings, and related items. 
  • ∙Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • ∙Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
  • ∙∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 
Other Specific Requirement

Additional Requirements: 

  • ∙Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory. 
  • ∙Valid driver’s license. 
  • ∙Previous Experience in FMCG and Bakery item sales should be priorities.
