Responsibilities:

1. Achievement of Targeted Sales:

  • Customer Excellence: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by addressing their needs in the best possible manner.
  • Need-Based Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions, escalating when necessary.
  • Visit Documentation: Record all customer visits and conduct regular follow-ups with clear action plans.
  • Lead and Customer Queries: Accurately answer all lead and customer questions, prioritizing and escalating as needed.
  • Test Ride Facilitation: Ensure customers are given test rides, including visiting their premises for high conversion rates.
  • Relationship Building: Visit existing customers to build relationships and generate referral sales.
  • Booking and Delivery Focus: Prioritize the conversion of bookings and deliveries to meet targets.
  • Daily Update Meetings: Conduct daily update meetings in the showroom, especially in the absence of the Assistant Manager.

2. To conduct Showroom Activities to improve the footfalls/inquiries: 

  • Drive Footfalls: Ensure high footfalls through the effective use of SMS, mailers, cold calls, exchange camps, test rides, and other promotional activities.
  • Event Execution: Execute events and activities with precision, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain an organized database.
  • Showroom Management: Oversee showroom operations in the absence of the Showroom Manager, ensuring proper reporting of daily bookings and deliveries to the AGM.
  • Sales Team Coordination: Ensure consistent and thorough follow-ups by the entire sales team.

3. Proper filling and Record Keeping: 

  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain proper filing and records of individual prospect cards, delivery challans, and sales contracts.
  • Customer Database Management: Keep an organized and up-to-date database of sold customers.
  • Document Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance of all delivery documents.
  • Issuance of Quotations and Receipts: Efficiently issue quotations and receipts as required.

4. Ensure targeted conversion ratio:

  • Enhance Exchange Capabilities: Develop and enhance exchange processes to deliver high value to customers and drive sales.
  • Weekly Experience Sharing: Share valuable experiences and insights with the team every week to foster learning and improvement.

5. Ensure timely recovery of payments:

  • Payment Diary Management: Maintain a detailed diary of customer payments, including names and recovery timelines.
  • Post-Due Date Follow-Up: Actively follow up with customers for payment recovery after the due date.
  • Escalate Non-Recovered Cases: Forward cases that remain unpaid beyond the normal recovery timeline to the line manager.
  • Timely Payment Collection: Ensure prompt collection of payments from customers or the relevant bank.

6.  Ownership Transfer:

  • Document Verification: Ensure all required documents are complete and verify that the vehicle is properly registered in the owner's name with the Office of Transport Management.
  • Financing Documentation: Send the allotment letter and payment request letter to the concerned bank in cases of financing.
  • Ownership Transfer Records: Maintain accurate records of ownership transfer details for future reference.
