Job Purpose:
The Supervisor is accountable for managing outsourced employees, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between the team and upper management, directing daily activities, and closely monitoring performance. You will handle shift management, task instructions, attendance, and record-keeping while producing detailed reports as required by the Head of Department (HOD).
