Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee all store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies to enhance the store's visual appeal and drive sales.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies proactively.
• Optimize budgets and resources to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal inventory and pricing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams.
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, driving effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail management software is a plus.
