Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product demand in the designated area through strategic initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, products, and the buyer’s journey.
• Explore new markets, customers, painters, and dealers to expand demand.
• Create, implement, and manage demand generation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and customer segments, consistently following up to convert them to product users.
• Collaborate closely with customers, painters, and dealers to increase customer base and product demand.
• Plan and execute tailored marketing campaigns using innovative methods and social tools that resonate with the target audience.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Marketing and Sales Manager.

Education Qualification and Experience

• High School Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• At least 1-year experience in the sales & marketing field and previous experience in the pairoducts will be an added advantage
