Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Assets Recovery Executive to manage the recovery process of overdue accounts and ensure the efficient recovery of company assets. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in asset recovery or debt collection, with strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of legal processes related to asset recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the recovery process for overdue accounts and assets.
• Contact and negotiate with clients and partners to arrange for asset returns or repayment plans.
• Analyze financial documents and recovery cases to determine the best recovery strategy.
• Maintain detailed records of recovery progress, contacts, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the legal department to process legal actions if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, company policies, and ethical practices in all recovery activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal standards for asset recovery.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of recovery cases and key issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and legal to ensure effective resolution of cases.
• Work to maintain positive client relationships while recovering outstanding debts or assets.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience Level: Mid-level (1+ year)

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset recovery, debt collection, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of legal processes, financial documentation, and recovery strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data and cases.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple recovery cases.
• Proficiency in using asset recovery and database management software.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
