Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Sinamangal
Time: 10 A.M to 6:00 P.M
Reports To: Supervisor
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Specification
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Tasks:
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Compile financial data for audits and tax filing purposes.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing VAT, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Support Activities:
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and records.
Education description
Education Qualification and Experience
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of accounting experience (internship experience is acceptable).
