The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, job postings, interview scheduling, employee resignation, clearance, and overall HR operations. The Role demands a proactive and organized individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional managers, branch managers, and HR teams to assess staffing needs and craft effective job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Facilitate clear communication and support candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps promptly.
  • Manage employee resignations, including exit interviews to gather actionable feedback.
  • Oversee clearance procedures, ensuring the return of company assets and proper settlement of final payments.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and company policies throughout the offboarding process.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide clear guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Perform assigned HR activities efficiently and professionally.
Education description

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR operation, recruitment, or a similar role.
