Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service is preferred.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recovery of Corporate Dues:
    • Actively pursue outstanding payments from corporate clients.
    • Prepare and send timely reminders and follow-ups.
    • Maintain accurate records of all recovery efforts.
    • Escalate overdue payments to management as necessary.
  • Follow-up on Outstanding Payments:
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients to ensure timely payment.
    • Resolve payment discrepancies and issues promptly.
    • Maintain a strong rapport with corporate clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
  • Customer Account Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and customer statements.
    • Prepare and analyze reconciliation reports.
    • Implement measures to prevent future discrepancies.
Education description

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

    • Assist in other finance-related tasks as required.
    • Support the finance team in achieving departmental goals.
