Role Summary:
The Branch in charge is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the branch. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, building strong relationships with local vendors, managing branch finances, and overseeing the branch's delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations:
   • Open and close the branch daily, ensuring all operational protocols are followed.
   • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at the branch.
2. Vendor Relations:
   • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors around the branch to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
3. Financial Management:
   • Prepare and submit accurate daily cash reports.
   • Ensure proper handling of cash and adherence to financial protocols.
4. Parcel Management:
   • Monitor and follow up on pending parcels to ensure timely deliveries.
   • Resolve any issues related to parcel delays or mishandling.
5. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and guide delivery riders assigned to the branch.
   • Schedule and monitor rider activities to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Education Qualification and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in branch operations or team management is an advantage.
