Job Description:
You will play a vital role in driving our sales operations by engaging with clients daily, promoting our products, and ensuring smooth logistics coordination. You will also be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering excellent customer service.

Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Travel

  • Client Visits: Conduct daily visits to current and potential clients, including manpower companies, organic stores, department stores, gyms, and tourist outlets.
  • Product Promotion: Ensure optimal product placement and drive sales through persuasive promotion.
  • Sales Generation: Maximize revenue by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
  • Frequent Travel: Cover diverse locations to expand market reach and maintain strong client relationships.

2. Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Stock Management: Ensure timely stock replenishment by liaising with the supply chain team.
  • Order Execution: Guarantee accurate order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor daily performance and share insights with the Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities.
  • Display Optimization: Ensure products are strategically placed for maximum visibility and engagement.

3. Market Expansion

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard untapped customers and explore high-potential markets.
  • Lead Development: Build a robust network of prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Market Exploration: Evaluate new geographical areas to expand the customer base.

  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product launches to refine sales strategies.
