job description
- Updating the ticketing system, which include activation, deactivation, renew of subscription, package updates, payments verification and all other task under ticketing system.
- Dealing with customer regarding payment and other queries.
- Departmental communication via phone, email and other means of communication.
- Forwarding the messages to concern department to complete the task via tickets, email and other means
- Perform duties as per assigned by immediate supervisor/HOD/VP
Education description
- Bachelor Running or completed (Bachelor completed preferable)
- Able to use MS-Office applications
